Services Offered

The Standard Website
Our standard website includes up to 5 static pages and includes a static logo and banner. We will also include a 1 year domain, 30 days of tech support, custom email addresses and assist with setting up your web host. Your site will be written in XHTML/CSS and can be upgraded to Flash and may have more pages added at our current hourly rate.

Login
We offer the ability to protect some or all of your pages through a login script, allowing any number of users some or total access to your site as you see fit for commenting on, editing, or simply accessing your data. The complexity of this feature varies greatly from site to site. Pricing for this feature is mostly influenced by the number of pages protected. This feature requires that your host supports PHP scripting.

Flash
Flash provides a lot of options for customizing your site. Aside from programming your entire site in flash, you may optionally add a flash banner, navigation system, and/or a introductory splash page each customized to your liking. Flash is more complex in nature then XHTML and usualy incures further hourly charges based on the complexity of the animations you desire.

Logo
We can design a logo for your business should you need one. Our graphic artist will design 3 rough drafts for our quoted price, of which one may be selected before applying some finishing touches. We can create more rough drafts and revise the finished logo at your request for our hourly rate.

Forum & Blog
We recommend having a blog and/or forum as this helps show search engines that your site is being updated often. Not all sites are appropriate for forums/blogs and we can help you decide as to whether it would be something you should consider. Should you decide to implement either, we will complete setup on your host for you, as well as configure all the administration options, and assist in enabling a template which suites your tastes. Both forums and blogs will require that your host allows both PHP and SQL scripting.

Photo Gallery
If you would like to display a large number of images on your site, we recommend installing a photo gallery. There are several options toward the functionality of such a gallery, including whether you would like it handled via CSS/JavaScript or Flash. The major pricing factors are the types of animation you would like as well as the complexity of the layout of the actual gallery. (Our Portfolio page is an example of a "Lightbox" gallery coded in CSS/Javascript)

Checkout System
We can setup a checkout system for your clients/customers to accept credit card payments via Paypal. We intend to offer more options in the near future and will work with you should you like us to use a different checkout system.

Email Setup
Each of our packages includes custom email setup through Gmail through your domain. The results of this setup is access to email addresses such as "you@yoursite.com".

Interactivity
Many modern website are adding interactive elements to their sites to draw their visitor's attention. We offer both AJAX and Flash scripting to accomplish this. A simple example of AJAX is the navigation on this site: when a button on the navigation bar is pressed, the page is not reloaded, but rather the new page content is loaded in the appropriate area. Flash interactivity would be more like the computer at the top of this page, with different areas clickable and responding to the user as programmed.

Chatbot
Our most ambitious project currently is a custom chatbot tailored for your site. We are currently developing a system that searches a custom database for an appropriate response for a given statement/question and supply it if one is found. In the event that a response is not available, our chatbot defaults to a more generic personality, which while most likely will not be able to answer that particular question, will be able to continue the conversation with the user and avoid displaying any errors. All conversations are logged for both liability and for further training of the chatbot. Aside from training your chatbot, we also offer custom animated characters for your chatbot interface and the ability for your chatbot to control your site and thus aiding your visitors in finding the information they need.
